* Estimated time of delivery can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must email info@afriBizglobal.com to verify within 45 days of the order date.
For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

AfriBiz Global will charge Taxes, which may include GST (Goods and Service Tax), PST (Provincial Sales Tax), HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), and QST (Quebec Sales Tax) where applicable. in advance when you place the order and then help you arrange a customs agent and/or another representative on your behalf of you to remit the relevant import taxes. You only need to patiently wait for the arrival of the package, which is more convenient, safer, and more efficient.
